1. Organizing a quadrennial National Nurses Convention
2. Conducting regular educational meetings, workshops or seminars four times a year
3. Conducting series of health education program through mass media
4. Working collaboratively with National Nursing Council according to nursing profession and nursing discipline
5. Co-operating with the Thai Red Cross, Council of Social Welfare and National Council of Women of Thailand, including NGO relating health
6. Working co-operatively with the International Council of Nurses
7. Organizing community services programs to improve Thais’ quality of life
8. Rendering supportive service to suffering members
9. Providing monetary and advisory assistance to nurses going abroad for higher education, training, and working
10. Funding nursing research grants to both beginning and advanced nurses
11. Conducting retreating and refreshing courses for nurses and other volunteers
