Strategies

1. Encourage and oversee its members so as to understand their rights and duties as well as to be protected n the aspects of welfares, rights and professional benefits of nursing and midwifery profession
   
2. Improve rules and regulations of the organization, and disseminate to its members for their optimum benefits through their participation
   
3. Ensure that all the members receive the welfares according to the rules and regulations set forth by the association
   
4. Arrange activities to facilitate its members to renew their professional licenses
   

1. Promote and support research production and publications to obtain quality development model, and quality nursing innovation that meet international standrds
   
2. Cooperate with Nursing Council and other professional organizations in the activities related to the development of nursing qualities and standards
   
3. Initiate networks and collaboration for quality development with other independent units and organizations
