1. Serve as an information center for short course and in service training curriculum certified by Nursing Council
   
2. Develop curriculums and arrange seminar workshop and on the job trainings to enhance the knowledge and capacity of nurses
   
3. Organize acadeic conference or training for the nurses to facilitate the requirements of license renew
   
4. Issue a Nursing Journal as a source of publishing academic articles and researches, including as a media for exchanging experiences among its members
   

1. Elevate conscientiousness, moral realization and ethical concerns of its members including promotion of ethical conducts acording to the professional codes of ethics
   
2. Continually disseminate knowledge and information for its members regarding moral development, and professional codes of ethics
   
3. Cooperate with Nursing Council and other professional organizations in organizing moral and ethical development including religious moral principles
